Ministry of Health on behalf of The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste is inviting National and International interested eligible bidders to submit Bids to Supply Motorbikes  for Ministry of Health,Timor Leste. The procurement will be conducted through Tender Public  (PT).  The bidding shall be conducted as a Single Stage two envelope procedure, wherein the Technical Bid and Financial Bid shall be submitted together in separately sealed envelopes. The attention of interested bidders is drawn to the qualification requirements detailed in Section 3 of the Bidding Documents. Interested bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents or obtain further information from: Mr. Silvino dos Santos Head of Procurement Department, Acquisition & Public Contracts Ministry of Health, Rua Caicoli, Palacio das Cinzas, Dili, TimorLeste Tel: +670 331 0066 Email: [email protected]     Bidding documents are made at the Central Procurement Unit of the Ministry of Health, and companies provide their USBs to submit bidding documents at the Central Procurement Unit of the Ministry of Health.   The Bidding Document can be purchased by the bidders until 1th  April  2025 @ 17:30 hours’ local time.   A Pre-bid meeting will be held on 20th March   2025 at 10.30 hours local time at the address specified above.   The bids must be received at the same address specified above no later than 10 .30 hours local time on  2st April 2025.   Late bids will not be accepted (Mandatory)   Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time for the submission of the bids at the same address specified above in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
