Database Consultant for Further Development of the ESTRADA Database

The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (Ministry of Public Works) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Timor-Leste Branch Roads Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.   The consulting services (“the Services”) include the Database Consultant for Further Development of the ESTRADA Database. The expected start date of the Services will be second quarter of 2023.
