Data Collection Consultant for Survey of National and Municipal Roads

The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (Ministry of Public Works) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Timor-Leste Branch Roads Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.   The consulting services (“the Services”) include the Data Collection Consultant for Survey of National and Municipal Roads. The estimated time-input for Key Experts include: 10 person-months for International Road Survey Specialist, 4 person-months for International Traffic Survey Specialist, and 10 person-months for National Road Specialist.
