Date, 10 June 2026 Eletricidade de Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL, E.P.) is a government owned company would like to invite eligible company to submit their bids for Pakote Timor Naroman (PTN) Project. Bidding Document can be obtained from EDTL,E.P. Office from 30 June 2026 at working hours. Pre-Bid will be held on : 17 July 2026 , Time : 10:00AM According to bidding document ITB-BDS 21,1 Submission and Opening of Bids , date for each project can be found on the bidding documents for each package.
